To support our student's learning in and about the outdoors, today, K4 Students had the opportunity to investigate their school yard for different types of learning activities. This investigation should help them gather a sense of place, observing details, and practice their oral communication. They shared their findings through a talking circle, discussing what they learned about their outside surroundings. By participating in all of the below activities, students interacted, engaged and had a lot of fun!
- - Snowshoeing (winter activity)

- - Forms activity
- - Literacy activity with the alphabet
- - Construction activity with blocks
- - Music activity with drums
- - Great backyard bird counting activity.
